PREGNANCY
treatmentsare specially adapted to ensure both comfort and safety throughout pregnancy.
We use specialist pregnancy support pillows to help support the body correctly during treatments, helping to relieve pressure on the hips, lower back, pelvis, and joints while allowing mums-to-be to fully relax in comfort.
Our therapists are trained in pregnancy massage techniques and understand the importance of avoiding certain pressure points during pregnancy, as some areas are traditionally associated with stimulating circulation and uterine activity. Treatments are always adapted carefully depending on the stage of pregnancy and client comfort.
Pregnancy treatments are designed to help relieve lower back tension, swollen legs, tight shoulders, stress, fatigue, and general discomfort while creating a calm and relaxing treatment experience.
